I personally bake and decorate a small amount of wedding cakes each year. I prefer to work on an exclusive personal service which produces creative works of art that not only look good but taste fantastic!
My background of sculpture and painting lends itself very well to creating beautiful cakes especially as I also have a love of fine food. Having designed numerous cakes for cake decorating magazines, demonstrated at cake shows including the NEC and won many awards I have a wealth of experience – your cake is in safe hands.
My fruit cakes are matured for at least three months and i've been told by many people that "Cointreau choclate truffle cake" is to die for!
